Return Process

  Place the watch back in its original presentation box, ensuring all protective films, manuals, and warranty cards are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Securely seal the return package and attach the provided shipping label before dropping it off at any authorized courier location.

  Once our horologists verify the condition of the watch, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement within 5 to 7 business days.
